Founded in 1993, the School history can be dated back to 1953. There are 8 professors, 16 associated professors and 6 lectures, 16 of them have Ph. D degree, and all others are master degree holders. Thanks to the swift development of the real estate and construction industry in China, the school has become a primary player in the education of Management Science and its education includes five subject categories: Construction Management, Cost engineering, Real Estate Development Management, Land Resources Management and Urban Management.

Four research centers and simulation labs are available for all SJZU staff and students:

Real Estate Development simulation lab, Project Management simulation Research Center, Land resourceSurveying center and BIM center lab.

We have a variety kinds of software such as Revit、Microstation、Sketchup、Stamp Manager、ArcGIS and so on.
